INDIANAPOLIS — Frigid temperatures and winter weather continue to cause problems across central Indiana, from slick roads and crashes to burst pipes and flooding.
At a normally quiet intersection near East 9th Street and Pleasant Run Parkway, water could still be seen flowing down the roadway Friday, one day after a water main break flooded the area and left at least one driver stranded.
