A rollover crash on Interstate 95 left a 19-year-old New Jersey college student dead, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Saturday, Jan. 31.
Siena Marie Brachelli, 19, of Chesterfield, New Jersey, was killed after losing control of her vehicle while traveling northbound on I-95 just north of Academy Road in Philadelphia City, Philadelphia County, at 11:36 a.m., according to state police.
