A woman accused in a deadly 2025 shooting in Moreno Valley has now been arrested and charged with voluntary manslaughter following a lengthy investigation, Riverside County authorities said.
Teesha Lucas, 47, was taken into custody Jan. 29 after prosecutors filed charges in the death of Xavier Cox, a 22-year-old man who was fatally shot last April.
