SOUTH MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) — A South Milwaukee teenager has been found currently ‘not competent’ to stand trial after being charged as an adult with first degree homicide in his own grandmother’s death.
In the afternoon of Aug. 27 of last year, authorities were called to 17th Ave. and Oak Street where they found a 68-year-old woman not breathing.
She was taken to a local hospital but died three days later…
