One of the Texas Hill Country’s most coveted and undeveloped waterfront tracts is officially for sale—and the $100 million price tag underscores just how rare this opportunity is.

A combined 777-acre legacy ranch along Lake Travis and the Pedernales River brings together the Baker Family/Resort Ranch and the Wiley/Batte Family Ranch, properties held privately for more than 40 years. “This is the last tract of its size on the south shore of Lake Travis…untouched, and together they have a mile of water frontage,” said Cord Shiflet of Moreland Properties, the listing agent. “One is very flat and enjoyable that way, and the other has amazing topography with three hilltops offering views for 60 miles in every direction.”
