Teen who ordered shooting of Tacoma man last year pleads guilty in killing

A 16-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to ordering his cousin to fatally shoot a Tacoma man at an apartment building last year.

Jeremy Paz Pineda pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the Feb. 14 death of 18-year-old Kadony Robbins. Pineda was 15 when the crime occurred.
