TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Authorities responded to a crash near Fort Lowell and Sycamore in Tucson late Friday, Jan. 30.
A 13 News photographer on the scene said portions of the road were closed and there were a lot of vehicles from the Tucson Police Department.
