Three Speedway gas stations and two mobile home parks sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
A Miami-based limited liability company by the name of Orion purchased the Speedway at 3601 Lincoln Way E in Perry Township for $6.16 million and the Speedway at 4967 Portage St. NW in Jackson Township for $4.96 million. The company also purchased a Speedway in Canton Township.
The Texas-based Lincolnway & Terrace LLC purchased the mobile home parks at 2606 Lincoln Way W in Massillon and 311 Cooper Ave. SW in Perry Township for $1.12 million each…
