ANN ARBOR, MI — A University of Michigan-focused movie has been added to the Library of Congress’ National Film Registry in 2025, according to a Jan. 29 announcement.
“The Big Chill,” released in 1983, is among 25 films selected for preservation “due to their cultural, historic or aesthetic importance to preserve the nation’s film heritage,” the announcement states.
