Crash Sequence
A 2022 Chevrolet sedan driven by 21-year-old Enaj B. Vasconcellos of Summerville fled police, attempted to pass a 2023 Honda SUV, veered into oncoming traffic, and struck a 2018 Subaru SUV head-on. Vasconcellos died at the scene; the Honda driver was uninjured.
