BUFFALO, N.Y. — For 15 years, Liberty Hound has been a summertime staple along Buffalo’s waterfront. But when winter arrives, business has often slowed, and in some years, shut down completely.

“We’ve struggled to find our fitting during the winter, and over the last several years we’ve closed for the season,” co-owner Jason Davidson told 2 On Your Side. “We really wanted to tweak our concept and find something that would be more of a draw during the winter months, and my partner Mike Shatzel had the idea for Parmed.”
