COLUMBIA, S.C. — A major winter snowstorm will bring serious impacts to South Carolina throughout the weekend. Several inches of snow could fall, leading to the potential for impassable roads throughout the area. In addition, wind chill temperatures in the mornings could be near zero in some areas, particularly in the early morning hours. All of the Midlands of South Carolina is expected to see some of these conditions.
Because of that forecast, school districts will likely need to adjust plans on Monday. Here’s a look at who we’ve heard from so far. (List will be updated)
