KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — It’s cold outside, and across East Tennessee, crews are working to keep our roads safe, but some people still dare to brave the winter storm.
6 News spoke with three baristas at Dutch Bros Coffee, which remained open on Saturday morning.
