WYOMISSING, Pa. – Developers have presented a conceptual plan for the redevelopment of the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing.
During a meeting Thursday night, the borough says officials with Montgomery County-based Abrams Realty and Development talked about the desire to use what’s known as tax increment financing, or TIF, to help fund the project.
They also say they hope to close on the deal to buy the mall in mid-May…
