Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg is now accepting gently used clothing donations at the Yorktown ReStore location, further extending the ReStore’s mission to support affordable housing across the community.
The new clothing department will help the Yorktown ReStore:
- Increase ReStore revenue that supports affordable housing
- Offer more accessible, everyday items for local shoppers
- Expand donation opportunities in a practical, community-driven way
- Keep usable goods in circulation and reduce waste
The new department is accepting gently used clothing donations. Donated items should be clean, in good condition, and free of stains, tears or heavy wear. Donors are encouraged to bring clothing bagged or boxed for easy drop-off.
