A collection of property that includes Club Adena Ocala, the posh club and golf course that Frank Stronach developed in northwest Ocala, has been sold for $63 million, according to a deed and related records on file with the court clerk.
The buyer is a newly formed Ocala-based limited liability company called Iron Lake Property. According to state corporate records, Iron Lake lists the golf club’s address, 950 NW 75th St., as its address, and Oculus R Golf GP LLC as its manager.
