RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond officials are preparing for another round of snow as many streets remain uncleared from last week’s ice storm, with freezing temperatures making recovery efforts more challenging.
City crews have been treating major roads again and will move on to residential areas as more winter weather approaches. Ice and snow continue to cover Richmond streets, keeping many residents stuck at home for days.
