Winners included Mariposa’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina for small business curb appeal, Spruce Commons for new construction and Denny’s at 18451 Van Buren Boulevard for property maintenance. Scholarship Prep Riverside won for exterior remodel/reconstruction.
