••• Rori’s Artisanal Creamery is opening in Goleta at 270 Storke Road (next to Rusty’s Pizza and opposite SloCoDo donuts). It’ll be the company’s fourth location in Santa Barbara County and eighth overall.
••• Anyone know what’s up with Intermezzo? “It’s been closed for several months and there’s no sign in the window or update on the website,” says T. “We’ve stopped by a few times since December and it’s been closed each time.” You may recall that it pressed pause back in the fall, promising to reopen in October with a streamlined menu. I don’t know whether that happened or not; the menu online is still pretty extensive. Reservations are being offered on OpenTable, but when I called during business hours, no one answered.
