The town’s long-running dispute with the owner of the landmarked Paramount Theatre building is nearing an end, with a likely solution that should ensure that the historic structure is preserved while also guarding against over development.
The Town Council in January voted to approve revised redevelopment plans for the building, making possible the private club, retail space and public amenities that owner Lester Woerner has envisioned.
