McAlister’s Deli has officially filed plans for a new location in Boerne, located 30 miles northwest of San Antonio, according to a newly registered permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The upcoming location will begin construction on February 2, 2026.
The filing shows plans for a 2,795 square foot building finish-out inside a shell building located at Interstate 10 and Christus Parkway, the future site of the highly-anticipated Boerne Town Center.
McAlister’s is known for its deli menu, which includes a popular array of sandwiches, soups, salads, potato spuds, cookies and their “famous McAlister’s Sweet Tea.”…
