BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The investigation into last week’s deadly shooting at the Northrop Grumman building in Linthicum continues as police have identified the suspect as 26-year-old Dylan Blake Chandler of Pasadena, Maryland.
Chandler is facing first- and second-degree murder charges, among others.
