CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A 130-year-old Cincinnati jeweler is expanding its downtown footprint.
Richter & Phillips Jewelers, which is located at 601 Main St. in the Central Business District, has plans to expand into the adjacent former Spatz Foods building at 607 Main St. and undergo a massive renovation project for its existing storefront. The owners declined to disclose the cost of the expansion and renovation project.
The expansion will add about 2,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space to the already existing 4,500-square-foot showroom. The goal is to have the new section built out by summer 2026…
