Charleston County schools closed Monday, students to participate in eLearning

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Charleston County schools will be closed Monday due to cold temperatures and snowy road conditions, the district told families and staff Sunday.

All Charleston County School District operations will transition to eLearning and remote work for Monday, Feb. 2 “to prioritize the safety of our students, staff, and community,” the district said. All schools and district offices will be closed, and teachers and schools will provide instructions and necessary materials to support eLearning, according to CCSD.
