(WHTM) — The United States Postal Service delivers mail under a creed — “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” But lately, Midstate residents are reporting they haven’t received a thing since last week’s snowstorm.
On Patty Hartman’s block in Mechanicsburg, she said she and her neighbors have gone eight days without a letter. She lives just behind a post office.
