BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is searching for answers after it received reports of gunshots near Conestoga Loop in Grays Hill.
Officials say deputies were called to the scene and were later told that a gunshot victim walked up to the fire station, seeking help.
