Athens, Pa. — A man with a long criminal history in New York, and a growing one in Bradford County, has been sentenced for resisting arrest in Athens.
Damien Thomas Ramirez, 26, of Elmira, NY was sentenced to nine months to five years in state prison for new offenses, including obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
