PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The City of Providence said it would implement alternate side parking on Feb. 2 in Ward One, Ward Two, and Ward Three to allow for trash pickup on Feb. 2.
Beginning at 12:01 a.m. residents with permitted overnight parking passes will be allowed to park on the odd-numbered sides of the street only and are asked to place trash and recycling carts on the even-numbered sides of the street.
