HOUSTON, Texas — Ponderosa Fire Department crews faced a challenging Wednesday, responding to two structure fires within 12 hours.
The first incident occurred at 03:01 in the Ponderosa Forest East subdivision, where a home under construction was fully engulfed in flames.
