SEABROOK ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – Two residents attempted to use an emergency ladder to escape an early morning fire at a Seabrook Island home, according to the St. John’s Fire District.
Firefighters responded to the structure fire just before 6 a.m. Sunday, and found flames in the first-floor garage
