FIRST ALERT: Dangerous cold, wind chills cause black ice worries for Monday morning

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Bitter cold and dangerous wind chills could create a dangerous commute for drivers on Monday morning.

A Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect from 6 p.m. Sunday through 9 a.m. Monday.
