A former Philadelphia medic has been charged after police said he stole money from a dead woman’s wallet last year.
Gary Robb, 41, of Philadelphia, is charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and official oppression.
The incident occurred on Oct. 16, when Robb, who was a medic for the Philadelphia Fire Department, responded to a call about an unresponsive woman at an apartment along the 1300 block of Lombard Street, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer…
