TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – One man is dead after crashing into a pond in Leon County Sunday evening, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The incident occurred at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday on Capital Circle SE at Orange Avenue, FHP wrote in a press release late Sunday. It involved a vehicle and one occupant, per the state agency.
Troopers say preliminary information revealed that the vehicle was traveling north on Capital Circle SE. The vehicle then traveled through the intersection of Orange Avenue, just before traveling “onto the eastern shoulder of the roadway and down an embankment,” FHP said…
