Texas – Headlights glow through a gray haze along the coast this morning as fog presses low over streets and shorelines. Moist air hugs the ground, softening skylines and shrinking visibility fast. Drivers sense it immediately as familiar landmarks fade just ahead.

According to the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi, areas of fog developed early across South Texas with visibility generally between one and four miles. Some pockets briefly dropped to a quarter mile or less. The advisory includes Nueces, San Patricio, Kleberg, Aransas, Refugio, and surrounding coastal counties…
