The City of Salem’s Urban Development Department, in partnership with Planning and the Historic Landmarks Commission (HLC), reinstated the Missing Historic Features Grant in 2024. Originally approved in 2003, this grant is funded by the Riverfront Downtown Urban Renewal Area Capital Improvement Grant Program. Elsinore Theatre Receives Funding
