ALLIANCE ‒ A 30-year-old man faces attempted murder and other charges following his Feb. 1 arrest at a home on Beech Street.
Police say Carl R. Baker of Alliance is accused of threatening to kill a woman and allegedly struck her multiple times with a hammer, causing serious injuries. He also allegedly stomped her chest and choked the woman.
The police report said the victim suffered seizures from the attack and remains hospitalized…
