Michigan’s Groundhog Delivers the Inevitable
Michigan’s official groundhog, Woody the Woodchuck of the Howell Nature Center, poked his head and agreed with Punxsutawney Phil. Phil saw his shadow in Pennsylvania with full theatrical fanfare and production values. Meanwhile, Woody stood in a snowy doorway at 13 degrees, looked outside for less than 30 seconds, and said, “Absolutely not,” before retreating indoors. Relatable.
