Cincinnati man arrested, charged with 10th OVI, troopers say

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Cincinnati man was arrested and charged with his 10th OVI after troopers saw him commit several traffic violations Friday night, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Timothy Lyles, 50, was stopped around 11:30 p.m. after a trooper saw a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe drive through a red light on Reading Road and commit multiple lane violations, the patrol said.

After stopping the vehicle, troopers said Lyles showed signs of impairment and he was arrested for OVI…
