CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A couple in Mechanicsburg has been charged after they reportedly used a victim’s financial information to make withdrawals without their permission.
Upper Allen police said Lance Holtzman, 33, was providing home care services to the victim, gaining access to their financial information.
