Canterbury Green complex sold for $207.7M

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Canterbury Green, a Fort Wayne apartment complex with 2,000 units, has been sold for $207.7 million.

The property was built between 1969 and 1978 and features an 8‑hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, coworking space, a theatre room, an on‑site restaurant and lounge, racquetball and tennis courts and several outdoor recreation areas.

CBRE, the company that organized the sale, says it represents the “largest single‑asset multifamily transaction ever completed in the state of Indiana.”…
