SPRING LAKE, MI — West Michigan café and scratch kitchen MudPenny is opening a new location in the former Burger Theory restaurant at the waterfront Holiday Inn at 940 W. Savidge St. in Spring Lake.
Remodeling is already underway and is expected to be complete by mid- to late-March, MudPenny owner Matthew Fuller said.
