Amazon Air to open cargo hub at Jacksonville International Airport in 2026

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Amazon Air has reached an agreement with the Jacksonville Aviation Authority to establish an air cargo hub at Jacksonville International Airport. Operations are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to our news partners at the Jacksonville Daily Record.

The company plans to lease the 50,000-square-foot Air Cargo Building Four at 14200 Pecan Park Road for package storage and processing, according to a news release.

“This location represents the company’s first air cargo location in NE Florida and will further grow and support Amazon’s current logistics and distribution network in Jacksonville,” the Jacksonville Aviation Authority said…
