Melissa Denae Simpson, 41, of Acworth, is accused of throwing blunt objects – rocks and bricks – at the victim’s car as they passed her on the roadway on Jan. 26 at 2:41 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Acworth Police Department.
Simpson also used vulgar language and called the victim derogatory terms outside of a residence within a neighborhood where multiple adults and juveniles lived, according to the warrant.
Simpson is charged with criminal damage – first degree; disorderly conduct – abusive words; reckless conduct; and terroristic threats – acts/object. She was arrested on Jan. 26 at 1:43 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
