With temperatures expected to warm up, Louisville could see its next chance of snow Feb. 3, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service in Louisville.
Though precipitation could start in the morning, NWS Louisville meteorologist Brian Schoettmer said the system is expected to pick up in the afternoon and evening hours. Precipitation could begin as a rain/snow mix before turning to light snow by the late afternoon and early evening, with Louisville predicted to see a dusting to a half an inch of accumulation.
“Right now, we don’t have a whole lot of accumulation for Louisville, mainly because our temperatures will actually get above freezing tomorrow afternoon and evening while it’s snowing,” Schoettmer said…
