Four teens are under arrest in Massachusetts for allegedly operating a Vape Theft Ring that hit stores in the Commonwealth, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
11 stores were hit in a two-week period. According to investigators- the teens used stolen cars as getaway vehicles.
