Felon sentenced on drug, gun charges in Escambia County: DOJ

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A previously convicted felon has been sentenced to prison time on gun and drug charges.

According to a Department of Justice news release, 38-year-old Corderrius Terrelle McShane has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to distribution of more than 40 grams of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Officials said that during November 2024, McShane sold 55 grams of fentanyl and was later that month found with 230 grams of fentanyl and a loaded gun during a traffic stop.
