GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Douglas Proehl, the suspect in a fatal drunken driving crash, was issued a citation for refusing to take a test for intoxication. Criminal charges have not been filed, but he may appear in court on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, family have identified the victims of Friday’s crash as Chloe Bishop, 17, who died, and her father, Danny Bishop, 45, who was injured.
