KAUKAUNA (WLUK) — A Fox Valley design and building contractor is expanding with the purchase of another local company.
Kaukauna-based Keller Inc. announced the acquisition of Appleton-based Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction Inc. on Monday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition is a natural fit for both companies because of the complementary markets that we work in,” Keller president/CEO Cory VandeWettering said in a news release. “Hoffman has earned its reputation through high-quality design and construction and takes a personal approach to every project values we share at Keller.
