DANE COUNTY, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office on Monday identified the man who died on Fish Lake over the weekend.
Officials said the body of Ernest B. Ruegsegger, 59, died at the scene. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Fish Lake County Park at around 2:15 p.m. Saturday.
A preliminary forensic examination confirmed that Ruegsegger drowned. Additional testing is underway…
