MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley said in a statement Monday that the human resources employee responsible for letting health benefits lapse has been fired.
Milwaukee County had a health care contract with UnitedHealthcare, but it expired at the end of 2025. This left employees with uncertainty regarding health insurance benefits moving forward.
